Itinerary: |
So it's the shoulder season, are you all
packing away your summer gear and brushing off
your winter toys! Bet you have a list of
things you want/need for the winter and also a
pile of stuff you realise you no longer need.
Why not bring it all along to the Calgary
Section Gear Swap/Social?.
We'll be setting up the Hillhurst Community
Centre with tables for you to adorn with your
previously prized possessions (no tat please :)
)
When you register please ensure you let us know
if you are planning to bring gear to sell or
are coming just to grab a bargain. We need to
know so that we can be sure there are enough
tables out for everyone who wants to sell.
Also, if you are selling stuff please arrive at
least half an hour before so you can set
everything up.
We know we are all committed to social and
environmental responsibility and thought a gear
swap would be a way to encourage you to recycle
your used/unwanted outdoor gear.
The section is not responsible for any of the
gear sold, it is a member evening and is the
responsibility of the individuals to ensure the
gear is in good working order, with a good
price and remember everything is SOLD AS SEEN.

Required Items to Bring: |
Cash for gear swap purchases and beers!

Cancellation/Partial Attendance: Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!
Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.

Trip Feedback
