Itinerary:
Get ready for all your outdoor winter adventures with some fun and intense bootie camp! Shoulder season is training season! This "backcountry bootcamp" will focus on exercises to get us fit for ski season (or your winter activity of choice!). Sessions will be held every Wednesday evening for 9 weeks. You will obviously get maximum benefit from attending all sessions, but that's not required - just come along whenever you can. Sessions may include: Running (warm-up, fartlek, intervals, hill reps) Plyometrics (e.g. split jumps) Strength-training (mainly body weight), and Core exercises. The training sessions are designed to be accessible to all every fitness levels.

Signing up online is really appreciated so I know how many people to expect at any given session.

In early December, participants have the option to test their fitness by participating in the Vert180 at COP (a 3 hr ski mountaineering race, for individuals or teams).
