Itinerary:
Join us for an 8 pitch trad climb on The Tower of Babel at Moraine Lake. Only one pitch of 5.8,the others vary around 5.5 or 5.6. Walk- off descent. I have never climbed here, so be ready for some possible adventure ! Participants must be able to provide a safe lead belay and should be comfortable seconding 5.8. I plan to be camped in Lake Louise Monday evening, so participants can either join me then or at 10am Tuesday at the Moraine Lake parking lot.

helmet,harness,rock shoes, belay device, locking carabiner,approach shoes,climbing pack,headlamp

Recommended Items to Bring:
rain gear, food,water, warm layers, gloves, touque

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
