Lake Louise has a wide selection of sport and gear routes from 5.4 and up so should be great for all levels! However, you must know how to belay to attend this event. If you don't yet lead climb, that's OK as we'll have people set up top ropes. Also note in the comments section when you register for this event if you are bringing a rope/draws/rack, so I can ensure we have enough gear.
Required Items to Bring:
- harness, helmet, belay device, rock shoes
- rope/draws/rack if you have them
- lunch, water, rain clothes
- gas money for driver

Recommended Items to Bring:
- sunscreen, chalk, bug spray

How to Get There:
Event Directions:   We will drive to the parking area by Chateau Lake Louise, which is sure to be busy this time of year.
Carpool Departure Time:   07:00 AM
Carpool Location:   Our Lady of Assumption School
Carpool Directions:   School parking lot just off Sarcee Trail N. of Hwy 1.

Notes:
This will be a long day, due to the longer drive out to Lake Louise and back.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

Cancellation Policy
If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.

Trip Feedback
If you have any feedback, positive or negative, concerning this trip or any other, we want to hear from you! You can send any feedback you may have to the Section Chair.
