Itinerary:
Summer is just around the corner so it is time to build stoke for climbing trips!! This party is intended to get the trip coordinators and aspiring trip coordinators together to share plans for the upcoming season and maybe inspire some club trips!!

This event is ABSOLUTELY for you if you'd answer yes to any of these questions:

- Do you have cool trip ideas? (Great! Bring them)

- Are you looking for cool trip ideas? (Awesome, come get some)

- Would you like to coordinate a trip, but aren't sure where to start? (Wonderful, there will be experienced trip coordinators there to guide you through the process. Some can even co-coordinate a trip or two with you until you get the hang of it)

- Would you like to coordinate a trip, but not all by yourself? (Perfect, this is exactly where you can meet co-coordinators!)

- Do you like meatballs? (There will be free meatballs!)

- Do you like the vegan/gluten free version of meatballs? (We'll have those too!)

This function will be held at the Ice Klimbing and Extreme Alpinism centre (IKEA, yes, that IKEA!). They serve beer and gluten free, vegetarian meatballs so there will be something for all tastes! And you can pick up that lamp you've been meaning to get.

Required Items to Bring:
Stoke

Recommended Items to Bring:
Guidebooks, maps, ideas for things you'd like to climb, extra stoke.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
