Itinerary:
I have a campsite booked at Lake Louise for the weekend. It can hold two tents/1 car (Other cars would have to be left outside the campground, but the walk in isn't bad). If there is significant interest we can see about booking a second site (If there are a lot of people on the wait list, feel free to book your own site and add a simultaneous event to the schedule) Schedule: Drive out to Lake Louise Friday night and camp out there for the weekend. Climb Saturday and Sunday. Brag about all your awesome climbs Saturday night over the campfire. This trip is intended for people who are self- sufficient climbers and have things they would like to climb in the Lake Louise area. There will not be any formally organized cragging/top roping and attendees are expected to organize their climbing objectives amongst themselves. There are plenty of multi pitch and single pitch sport and trad routes in the area and Silver City isn't too far away. Where the various groups go will depend on weather and carpooling arrangements. Camping fees for the two nights were $65.80, so if we end up with 8 people that would be $8 per person. The site does have a firepit.
Required Items to Bring:
Climbing gear Two large tents At least two stoves Food

How to Get There:
Carpool Departure Time:   05:30 PM
Carpool Location:   Our Lady of Assumption School
Carpool Directions:   Carpool time can be flexible based on attendees/drivers

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

The weather is variable at this time of year and the trip will be going ahead regardless. Please plan appropriately. The fees are already paid, so dropping out at the last minute is not appropriate.
*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
