Itinerary: |
We will meet on Friday April 8th 4am at Our Lady of the Assumption School and drive to Golden. The next morning we will drive to Rogers Pass where we will check the current avi conditions at the Information Centre. Based on that info we will decide the objectives for the day. At the end of the day we will return to Golden and spend the second night at the motel. You can expect app. $50 per person cost of lodging (based on double occupancy). Sunday morning we will drive back to Rogers for another day of skiing. We will return to Calgary on Sunday night (8-9 pm). The main objective of the trip will be to find some good turns! You need min. AST1 and be comfortable skiing black diamond runs at the ski resorts.

I'll need a firm commitment you plan to attend before booking the hotel room. There may be a charge if you confirm but then cancel within the motel's 2 day room booking cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
