Itinerary: |
If you're looking for your powder fix you've come to the right
place.
While there is alpine terrain amongst the nine Trophy
summits, this place for me is all about the tree skiing (best
snow). The runs average 300-400 vertical metres.
Self-guided and self catered.
The cost is $265 which includes snowcat and hut fees.
Stay in Clearwater, BC the night of January 21th.
Snowcat into hut on January 22th, (last 6 kms is skied).
Ski out on January 26th and drive back to Calgary.

|
7 to 8 hr drive from Calgary to Clearwater, BC
I usually drive thru Jasper, Mt. Robson Prov. Park and down route 5
to Clearwater. This route seems to be shorter time wise than going
Route one thru Kamloops.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance: Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!
Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
