The much anticipated MEC CLUB SOCIAL AND
SHOPPING NIGHT is here again... smash open the
piggy bank and *do* spend it all at once!
From 7-9 pm the store will be closed to the
public, but open for ACC members and your
immediate family members. Don't miss out on
this
unique-twice-yearly-shop-till-you-drop
opportunity!!
Discount of 10% on all items in store (thanks,
MEC!)
(Small print: with the
exception of already discounted
items; this is only for goods in store,
shipments
of products from other
stores do not receive a discount; no discounts
off
packages and clearance items.)
PLEASE sign up for this event - MEC want to

what sort of numbers of people are going to
turn
up, and to staff up accordingly. And if you
haven't signed up, we will need to see your ACC
Membership card on the door.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance: Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!
Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
