UPDATE: ALAS, I CANNOT GO! :-@ I HAVE TO WORK
THIS WEEKEND. BUT CRAIG MAY GO ANYWAY. I'VE
ADDED HIM AS A TRIP COORDINATOR. - JAMES M.
We will hike through the beautiful yellow larch
forest to the North Summit then traverse to the
South Summit and down. It should take 6 or
7 odd hours, plus 1.5 hours drive each way.
This is a moderate scramble with some exposure,
and could have snow on it. Distance is 10km
with 1000m vertical.
*Please only sign up if you are proficient
scrambling on loose and/or snowy moderate
terrain, and have good fitness and endurance.*

Bear spray, Helmet, ice axe, and Microspikes.
Clothes for
0C wind/rain. Headlamp, food and water. Carpool
cash.

Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
