Itinerary: |
Meet at PetroCanada along Hwy #1 at Cochrane turnoff at 7am.
Carpool to parking area. Its about a one hour approach hike to the
base of the climb which is located on the Nanny Goat slab near
Exshaw. 6 pitches of fully bolted climbing on good limestone. The
route is consistent 5.9 in my view, and is a walk off if we complete
the route so we will be climbing with packs.

Required Items to Bring: |
i will email the group with a full list sat eve. But at a minimum
each participant will need harness, shoes, helmet, belay device,
and a runner with locking biner to tie into the anchor. If there is
3 of us, an extra single 60m rope will be useful (i have one).

Cancellation/Partial Attendance: Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!
Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
