Itinerary:
On May 24th, TABVAR will be hosting a "Spring Clean-Up" session and is calling for volunteers to retro-bolt sport routes, clean-up crags and help with trail maintenance. VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED TO HELP WITH ALL OF THESE TASKS. TABVAR (The Association of Bow Valley Rock Climbers) is dedicated to retrofitting old climbing routes, cleaning and maintaining our favorite cragging areas and representing climbers when there are access issues. The ACC Calgary section and its members (that's you!) benefit tremendously from their work. PLEASE COME AND SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL OUTDOOR CLIMBING COMMUNITY and keep the Bow Valley climbing crags clean and safe!!! Please indicate what kind of work you are interested volunteering for when you sign up. Don't know what retro-fitting is? Well, here's your chance to learn and find out! Greg from TABVAR will also be hosting an evening info session in Calgary to elaborate a bit more on the tasks req'd and to accept sign-ups. Details to follow.
Required Items to Bring:
A list of items to bring and tools you could bring, if you have, will be send out later.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
