Meet on Saturday morning at 6am and drive to Rogers Pass where we will check the current avi condition at the Information Centre. Based on that info we will decide the objective for the day. At the end of the day we will return to Golden and spend the night at the motel. Sunday morning we will drive back to Rogers for another day of skiing. We will return to Calgary on Sunday night (8-9 pm).
The cost of the motel will be app. $40-50 per person (double occupancy). Once I know the final number of participants I will book the rooms. Participants with the previous Rogers Pass skiing experience will get the priority.

| Notes: |
I will be monitoring the avalanche forecast for the Glacier Park and make final decision whether to go or postpone 2-3 days before the trip.
I'll need a confirmation you plan to attend before booking the hotel room. There may be a charge if you confirm but then cancel within the motel's 3 day room booking cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
