Itinerary:
No need to feel uptight on a Saturday night. Let this piper lead you to reason. Be a hiway star and bring your woman from Tokyo. Join you fellow rock stars, beer drinkers and hell raisers in Rogers Pass Feb 7 and 8 and we'll shake the place all night long. $70 gets you 2 nights accommodation at the A.O. Wheeler Hut, Saturday night dinner, snacks, and refreshments As always dress is formal business attire: make up, tights, ripped shirts, and big hair (Flying V's, amps and drum kits optional). The white zone is for loading and unloading only.
Required Items to Bring:
Backcountry skis, skins, boots, poles, warm clothing (hat, glove/mitts+spare,jacket/pants), sleepig bag, food & refreshments (other than for Saturday night), sunglasses. Avalanche transceiver, probe, shovel, camera, helmet.

Recommended Items to Bring:
Any think else you can drag to the hut for your comfort.

Event Directions:   Please do not send payment until you have been screened and placed on the sign up listing. Email payments made to treasurer@acccalgary.ca is preferred. Cheques must made payable to the ACC Calgary Section and mailed to the ACC Calgary Section, PO Box 1995, Calgary, AB T2P 2M2

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
