Itinerary:
Weather might be snowy but we hope to see some views of Lake Louise and area. Halloween candies and costumes encouraged.
Required Items to Bring:
Boots, warm winter layers, gloves, gaiters, water/windproof jacket Helmet, ice axe (assuming there is snow)

Recommended Items to Bring:
Icers or crampons (if snowy) Tricks or treats, camera. Wear a costume!

How to Get There:
Event Directions:   Meet at Canmore at 8:00am Alternatively meet at Laggan's in Lake Louise at 9:00am.  
Carpool Departure Time:   08:00 AM
Carpool Location:   Tim Hortons in Canmore
Carpool Directions:   Timmy's is located by the Mcdonalds and various gas stations, on the 'south' side of the highway in Canmore.

Notes:
5 of us will be in Canmore and will meet there. If you are coming from Calgary You could potentially meet at the edge of town (Shouldice, Recycle Bins, etc) and carpool with other Calgarian participants from there. Call me if you need assistance setting up a carpool from Calgary.

Cancellation Policy
If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
