Since a lot of people have been showing up to the
plastic pull fest at the Crux in the name of
training for ice climbing, I thought it would be
nice to organize an event that gets everyone out
onto real ice. Preference give to those who have
climbed at the ice training nights at the crux and
trip leaders willing to climb with excited new
members.
I have booked 12 spots at Mosquito Creek ($20 per
person) for Saturday night, more spots can be
booked if there is higher demand.
Will drive out from Calgary on Saturday as 3
independent groups, meet for a stone soup style
dinner at Mosquito Creek followed by more climbing
on Sunday.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance: Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!
Please cancel as soon as possible so that your spot
can be filled.
*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
