Itinerary: |
Let's go SKI some early season powder! The plan is
to leave the city after work Thursday, drive out
to Rogers Pass and ski in to the Wheeler Hut by
night (30min.) Powder ski from there Friday and
Saturday, ski out Saturday evening.. unless you
want to stay longer!?
Once I see your name on the wait list I will email
you 5 questions on your ski ability, beacon etc..
then review the answers then confirm you can call
the ACC Canmore to book and pay for your hut spot.
8 spots are pre-booked under an invoice # under my
name. Makes sense? call me if you have any
questions.
Info on items to take, carpooling etc.. will be
sent to participants closer to the date.

Required Items to Bring: |
Tranceiver (2-3 antennas only), probe, shovel. Skis,
skins, ski boots, poles, helmet.
Sleeping bag, earplugs, food for 2 days.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance: Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!
Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
