We have the AO Wheeler hut booked for the nights
of November 22nd and 23rd for a family trip.
Members are invited to come with their families
and enjoy the snow of Roger's Pass in the comfort
of the Wheeler hut. There will be lots of family
winter activities such as snow fort making,
snowshoeing, snowball fighting, snowman making,
tobogganing and whatever else you can think of to
do in the early season snow! Kids of all ages are
welcome, bring your parents!
We'll rendezvous as we can at the parking lot on
Friday afternoon or evening and port our stuff in
the 2 kilometers into the hut, bring your sled or
toboggan to haul your gear! For those of you who
haven't been there, please contact the Trip
Coordinator for details. We'll leave with beaming
smiles and a renewed bounce in our step on Sunday.
Potluck meals will be organized. Family Trip -
all ages welcome.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance: Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!
Payment is due by November 15, 2013. Cancellation
after November 15, 2013 will only receive a refund
if a replacement is found.
Adult cost for hut is $60/person, each child is
$20/person. Payments can be made as outlined
above.
*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
