Itinerary:
Meet saturday morning and drive to the trailhead (TBD). I have a few options of two day loops we can do in any one of the National Parks that surround us. Conditions and possibly weather changes will affect plans so a destination won't be finalized until Saturday at 6 am although I am open to suggestion... It is a great chance to remember what its like to carry a heavy pack with all your winter camping gear. Bring your glacier gear in a separate bag and we have the option if temps are TOO WARM down low! **I"ll sweeten the deal and volunteer to carry the First Aid Kit, The Tent, The Stove, Fuel & Pot, I'll even carry the Rope if required!**
Required Items to Bring:
Winter camping gear for overnighting in the snow, Transceiver (no single antenna models please), Shovel, Probe, Pack (>35L) in order to carry some group gear such as tent and stove/fuel/food. I will provide the group gear except food, you must bring a water bottle, food container, utensil and your desired grub.

Recommended Items to Bring:
Any food, clothing, equipment you need to feel comfortable winter camping for an evening.

Cancellation Policy
If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
