| Itinerary: |
|
We will park at the Cougar Creek parking lot and hike up the creek until we get to ridge, which is where the real fun begins. There are several water crossings along the trail, so please bring extra shoes for the water crossings.
This route requires efficient transitions between 3rd, 4th, and 5th class terrain with lots of short roping and exposed scrambling.
Participants must be fit and have prior experience leading and belaying on exposed 3rd, 4th, and 5th class terrain.
Preference will be given to those with short roping skills, emergency rescue skills, and previous alpine climbing or difficult scrambling experience.
