Itinerary:
We will meet at the carpool parking lot(Shouldice arena)at 10:00 am.Then,we will drive to the Columbia Icefields.We will set up camp and wake up at 2:00 am.We should start the climb at 3:00am,the latest. Climb Skyladder.Most likely we will descend by the South Ridge.Expect over 12 plus hours for the climb(up and down). Drive back home.People should have glacier travel and rescue experience.This is not a ski trip.Also we will be climbing as a team,so everybody should be a good team player and good sense of humor:)
Required Items to Bring:
crampons,ice axe,second ice -tool,helmet,glacier gear,a couple of ice screws,proper clothing,camping gear,food water,head lamp,prusick cords,sunglasses,ice -picket

Camera,GPS if you like.Your smile :)

Cancellation Policy
If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
