Itinerary:
I am heading out tomorrow morning to do a christmas eve scramble in K-Country and look to climb up the opal ridge from fortress station. I welcome any member and guest to join me. We'll leave the garbage bins at 8 am sharp, so just show up before and we'll drive out from there to have a go at Opal Ridge. Feel free to call me at 220-0212 if you are keen to come out and need more information. I wil have my cel 998-0021 on me on the 24th.
Required Items to Bring:
Please bring ice axe and crampons in case of icy patches. Otherwise, cold weather gear and sun glasses, extra gloves

food and drink, emerg medical kit, extra warm jacket

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
