Itinerary:
This party is for those who have volunteered over the last year with the Calgary section. Sign up if you have lead a trip in the past year, hold a position on the executive or a committee, were a judge for the photo contest, store club gear at your house, organized a camp etc!! We want to thank you! Drinks at 6pm, dinner at 7pm. Dancing to follow. You must sign up on the website if you plan to come to make sure we order you a dinner!!
Required Items to Bring:
Stories, cash for the bar and cab fare to get home. A guest is optional, please include your guest when you sign up on the website.

Recommended Items to Bring:
Comfortable dancing shoes and your latest dance moves.

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
