Itinerary:
Thanks to the generous contribution of Chas Yonge, there are a number of new 2- to 3-pitch sport climbs on the left end of Kid Goat ranging from 5.8-5.10dA1. I tried Blue Bubble last weekend, which had a really fun third pitch, and am keen to try two or three of the others. You can find the topo here. You should be climbing low 5.10 at least.

I'd prefer to take one partner on my rope, but if someone else signs up who can lead and bring their own gear(no time to pick up club ropes), then we could get two parties out for this exploration. Being on short notice and not having time to screen, I'll lean towards selecting people whom I already know, but I'd rather get out than not!

My main requirements are that you have experience lead belaying safely, and can usually cleanly follow/top-rope 5.10a on rock. Multi-pitch experience would be an asset. Please notify me of your experience when you sign up.

Required Items to Bring:
Climbing gear: helmet, harness, belay device, chalk bag, 2 locking carabiners, long sling, prussik, climbing shoes

Clothing: approach shoes, shell jacket and warm climbing clothes as it will be cool in the morning and we'll be in shade in the afternoon and should be prepared for light rain

Nutrition: water, food to eat on the go

Recommended Items to Bring:
A sense of adventure and expectation of possible grade surprises!
