Sign up for the 'Just in time for Christmas' MEC CLUB SOCIAL AND SHOPPING NIGHT!! Wow, what a perk of being a member of the Calgary Section! From 6-8pm the store will be closed to the general public, but open for ACC Calgary Section members and your immediate family members. Don't miss out on this unique shopping and socializeing opportunity and just in time for Christmas! All merchandise in the store will be 10% off with the exception of Boats and Bikes which will be offered at 5% off. There will be no discount off packages and clearance items. Food and Snacks will be available!! You need to sign up for this event and show your ACC membership card or other ID at the door! See you at MEC on the 14th of November! -ACC membership card or other ID (only members of the calgary section will be permitted) ---If you would like to contribute a snack to add to the snack table for the event that would be fantastic! --Your own cup and plate to be environmentally friendly!!

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
