Itinerary:
We will meet at the Shouldice Arena at 6:00 am.Then we will drive to Exshaw,and park the car at the cement plant,right at the begining of the Exshaw head trail.The hike to the start of the climb will take us,about three hours.It is a nice mellow aproach but long.Do the climb.Descend by the scramble route.Get back to the parking lot.Have a nice cold beer and go home.
Required Items to Bring:
Your harness,2 locking biners pear shaped,4 non-locking biners,rock shoes,aproaching boots or shoes,proper clothing.ATC device,one 5 ms 7mm cordelette and another 3ms 7mm one,food ,water,some slings,headlamp,helmet

Recommended Items to Bring:
One hiking pole,sunscreen,camera.

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
