Itinerary:

Thursday evening climbing at the Hanger! If you have any specific training goals or objectives for the evening, please write it down in the notes section when signing up so I can help pair you to member(s) with similar goals, or do what I can to support you. 

For those that do not have memberships or punch passes, the Hanger is charging ACC Thursday evening participants $18 for a day pass, payable when checking in. All they are asking for is proof of membership.

We will meet at the top of the stairs of the climbing area at 7 PM for greetings, waiver signing, etc. Everyone is welcome!

Note that the ACC has an annual single sign waiver for gym climbing. Also, if you haven't already done so, you will need to pass a belay test for the Calgary Climbing Centre's to belay.

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
