Itinerary:

Food and drinks can be ordered after 6 pm.  We ask that everyone is in their seats by 7:20.  The presentation will begin at 7:30 with questions and answers to follow.   Andy will be speaking about his 50 years of climbing and establishing routes on his favourite mountain - Yamnuska.

We will be meeting in a private room in the lower level or the Joyce-24th Avenue and 4th Street.  Parking is available above and behind the Joyce as well as behind the Earls.  Free on street parking is available after 6 pm.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:

Please inform the coordinator if you are unable to attend.  This can be done online. 


*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
