Itinerary:
Join fellow Calgary Section members for a weekend of skiing and networking in the heart of Roger’s Pass. Come prepared to lead, with objectives in mind. We will be breaking into ski-sized groups on Saturday and Sunday. $60 gets you 2 nights accommodation at the A.O. Wheeler Hut, Saturday night dinner, snacks and beverages (including beer, wine, etc.). This year’s party will follow a 70’s Disco Theme – so dust of those old retro clothes and come prepared for fun and games. There will be a prize for best costume. Maximum 30 participants. First-come, first-served. Your spot is not confirmed until your application has been reviewed and payment received. N.B. To attend the ski weekend you must be at least an intermediate backcountry skier, with avalanche safety/rescue skills and experience.
Required Items to Bring:
Weekend details and application form will be emailed out upon sign up.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
