Trip Leaders...
If you are planning to lead a trip during the ice
review, I would like to take a moment to thank you for your time and thank you for making the Ice Review a success.
If you know where you would like to take some
people during the Ice Review, try using the
calender to advertise your trip. That way when
the day comes you will know who your team will be
and can get underway much quicker.
This is an experiment, so you are in no way
obligated to try this -Thanks again for making
this Event the success it always is.
It is your support that makes the Ice Review so
much fun year after year.
Thanks so much for your support
Dave Hanson, Climbing Committee Chair

Cancellation/Partial Attendance: Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!
*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
