Itinerary:
Join the Climbing Committee on September 12-13, 2009 for a weekend of climbing, a potluck and a camping extravaganza in the Ghost. WHY? Help us celebrate: • The end of another great summer of climbing in the mountains with friends • The birthday of our favourite Climbing Committee Chair. Happy birthday, Dave! Come and hang out with us in the mountains, have a beer and herald us with tales of your adventures in the mountains this summer! WHO? Any and all climbers from the ACC Calgary section. Climbers must be comfortable leading and/ or organizing their own climbs for the weekend. WHEN? September 12-13, 2009 WHERE? South Ghost/Devil's Gap/Bonanza camping area, Ghost River Wilderness Area. (Let us know if you a ride to the bottom if you don’t have a 4x4). WHAT? Self-organized rock climbing and camping in the Ghost. Saturday night will feature a potluck and campfire. This is an open event. You do NOT need to register; just show up. No payment will be collected, but don’t forget you potluck item! Need more info? Contact Rebecca Haspel. Cancellation/Partial Attendance:

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
