We will carpool from Calgary on Friday at 7am, drive to Rogers Pass and ski up to Asulkan cabin. We will drop the heavy bags and do a lap or two in the area. Back in the cabin we will think about objectives for Saturday and Sunday based on the current conditions. Sunday Apr.8 late afternoon we will drive back to Calgary.
The fees for 2 nights are: $60 cabin, Overnight Backcountry Wilderness Pass $20 and $5 administration fee. $85 in total. Once you have been confirmed as participant please forward your payment to the Club Treasurer: treasurer@acccalgary.ca
If we haven’t skied together before, please send me a short email that will include your skiing experience, relevant courses taken and your fitness level.
Required Items to Bring:
Ski equipment incl. ski crampons, 3 antenna beacon, shovel, 3 m. probe, glacier travel gear and experience using it. Sleeping bag, food for 3 days, and all conditions clothing.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance: Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!
For cancellations made more than 3 full calendar days prior to the booking date, 80% will be refunded.
For cancellations made within the 3 calendar days, a 50% cancellation fee would be applied.
Cancellation on the day of travel is 100% non refundable.
** Wilderness Passes that are attached to a reservation will be refunded at 100%.
*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
