Itinerary:
We will meet at the school parking lot at 7:00 AM and carpool to the trailhead. This is a yo-yo type ski trip.
Required Items to Bring:
Backpack, lunch/snacks, water, avalanche beacon, shovel, probe, boots, skins, skis, poles, touque

Recommended Items to Bring:
warm gloves (extra pair if they get wet), first aid kit.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:   Located on the long ridge between the Icefields Parkway (Bow Pass) and the Dolomite Creek. It is SE of Silverhorn. (9 km N of Bow Lake). (40 km N of Field).

Carpool Location:   Our Lady of Assumption School parking lot
Carpool Directions:   We will be meeting at the Our Lady of Assumption school parking lot. This school is located on sarcee trail across from the sunnyside garden centre by the trans canada highway. We will be carpooling to the trail head which is across from Bow Summit.

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
