Itinerary:
Volunteer Recognition! If you volunteered for the ACC Calgary section this year, be sure to attend the ACC section meeting Tuesday Dec. 16. If you were a club volunteer in 2008, this is your chance to get some great prizes (draws). Whether you are a club volunteer or not, the Dec. 16 section meeting is a good time for the whole family. It’s the annual Christmas potluck, which will start at 6 p.m. at the Bow Waters Canoe Club. The section will provide juice and pop. The section meeting will start at 7:30 p.m. and will feature a presentation, Alpine Mixed in the Canadian Rockies and Alaska, by ACMG alpine guide Rob Owens.
Required Items to Bring:
Bring your favorite dish to share – appetizer, salad, dessert, or a main course. Please bring a serving utensil for your potluck dish.

Recommended Items to Bring:
If you’d like to be environmentally friendly, please bring your own plate, cup and cutlery.

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
