Itinerary:
Join us for a fun, adventure filled family day long weekend at Panorama Ski Resort. We will help connect you for your "Panorama" package (shared accommodation by the hill - at townhouse accommodations), lift tix at a discounted rate, etc. We suggest some potluck options or you can cook in your own suites. Plus, some awesome ski buddies! The weekend will be flexible to allow you and your family to ski, snowshoe, etc or chillax away from home. There is child care available and lessons for the kids. Once you express interest, we can provide you with specifics around cost and how to book your accommodation, ski packages, etc.
Required Items to Bring:
Depends on what activities that you plan on tackling! Great food for the potluck meals!! Suggestions include: Alpine clothing and equipment (ski pants, jacket, skis, poles, boots, snowshoes, skates, etc). Yummy food for your meals and potluck contributions (kitchens available to cook together) Whatever adventure you wish to partake in! (they do have shops and rental equipment available if you are trying something new).

Notes:
We will be booking accommodation as people register as places fill up and we want to maximize the larger accommodation options first.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

Please review our participant responsibility guidelines! *Note: when booking, Panorama has specific cancellation policies for accommodation. You will be responsible to call and book your room/ deposit/ payment.
*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
