Itinerary:
The meeting place for carpooling is the Shouldice Arena parking lot. We'll leave by 6AM and hopefully be in Moraine Lake just before 8AM. If we don't meet the minimum number of people required to travel through Larch Valley then we may find a different objective. Please be at the meeting place no later than 6AM!
Required Items to Bring:
Helmet, sturdy boots(no runners and no exceptions), ice axe.

Recommended Items to Bring:
Enough water and food and whatever layers and other stuff you normally carry on your scrambles.

Carpool Directions:   The address for the the carpooling meeting place is 1515 Home RD NW. Corner of Home Rd and 16th Ave NW. Please remember to offer money for gas to carpool drivers.

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
