Notes:
One of our most spectacular events of the year is approaching.
What could be better than a weekend of rock climbing? A weekend of rock climbing *and* a super duper fabulous party and barbecue! That’s right! The RR is the perfect way to kick off your climbing summer. This event has a strong “social aspect” and we greatly encourage you to come out and meet old friends or make new ones. The fee for this year’s RR is $20.

The RR will be held from May 30-June 1. Camping will be held at the Stoney Creek Group Campground in Kanaskis Country. (see attached map for location)

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

If you don't show up we will be very hurt!
*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
