Itinerary:
Join me for a moderate scramble in K-Country. We will head up the second peak (true summit) of Mount Lougheed from a rough bush trail starting at Spray lakes Reservoir. I have not been there in a coons age, so still hope to find the starting point. Regardless, we will get up something that day, As I have to be back in town at 6pm, I am planning to move at a decent pace.
Required Items to Bring:
Helmet, first aid kit, sturdy scrambling boots, layered late season clothing allowing for colder weather, gloves and toque, enough food and drink for a mid-sized day out

Recommended Items to Bring:
a good attitude, strong legs and a sense of balance

How to Get There:
Carpool Departure Time:   07:00 AM
Carpool Location:   Green recycling bins on south side of Transcanada Hwy.
Carpool Directions:   we will meet at the usual location. If you are unfamiliar with this car pool location, please let me know.
