Itinerary:
Come and join us for a long weekend of rock climbing in Stone Hill, MT. We will drive there on Friday evening and come back to Calgary Monday evening. There we will stay at Camp 32, free car camping only minutes from the climbing area. The plan is to take two additional more experienced rock climbers and four less experienced people to get everybody set up for the upcoming climbing season. The more experienced climbers must be willing to help out the climbers with less experience. This is not a guided trip, but the more experienced climbers will help set up top ropes, select routes, etc. The less experienced climbers should be able to give a safe top rope belay. Stone Hill offers more than 500 rock routes starting from 5.5 up to 5.13b with most between 5.9 to 5.11. As fully bolted sport routes are only 40% or even less of the routes and most others are mixed needing at least a little bit of gear, we will consider an experienced climber to be someone who is solid climbing on gear at at least 5.9 and up. Please send us your complete climbing resume for pre-screening. More information about carpooling, food etc. will be given as soon as we move people from the waiting list to the registered list.
Required Items to Bring:
Valid Passport incl. US Visa if required, Out of province health insurance, All personal climbing gear if you have it, but at the minimum helmet, harness, belay device, climbing shoes, nut tool, prussic. Complete camping gear incl. stove, pot(s)etc. to stay outside for three days and nights.

Recommended Items to Bring:
Lawn chair, warm clothes -the evenings will still be cool.
