Itinerary:
The plan is to climb WI 3&4 routes along the Icefields Parkway on Saturday and Sunday. Participants will have the option of staying at the Rampart Creek Hostel or the Wilcox Campground on Saturday night.

Potential routes include:

- Panther Falls (WI 3-4, 60 m)
- Shades of Beauty (WI 4, 120 m)
- Snivelling Gully (WI 3+, 180 m)
- Murchison Falls (WI 4+, 180 m)

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

- AST 1 course completion
- Previous experience WI 4 climbing experience
- Ability to offer a safe belay
degC.

Preference will be given to applicants with the following attributes:

- Demonstrated ability and willingness to lead WI 4 multipitch routes.
- Emergency rescue training (e.g., escaping the belay, raising and lowering an injured climber, tandem rappels).
Required Items to Bring:
For all participants:
Ice tools, crampons, climbing boots, gloves suitable for lead ice climbing, belay gloves, harness, helmet, autoblocking belay device, 4 locking carabiners, 2 6- 7mm cordelletes, 1 anchor package, avalanche beacon, probe, shovel, skis or snowshoes, water, food, warm clothing, headlamp, gas money

For participants staying at the hostel:
- $24

For participants staying at the campground:
- Shelter
- Sleeping bag
- Fire starter

Recommended Items to Bring:
Ice screws, v-thread hooker and material, nuts, pitons, draws, ropes, snow saws, tarps, kindling

Carpool Directions:   Take a Sarcee Tr north to 34 Ave. Take a left at 34 Ave and turn left into the parking lot.

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
